Courtney Simpson brings over 19 years of real estate industry experience and has been a fully licensed real estate agent since 2008. Her background spans residential and commercial property, as well as real estate administration. This breadth of expertise enables her to offer clients exceptional, well-rounded service across all facets of the industry.
Joshua Simpson joined Courtney in the business after a distinguished 15-year career with the NSW Police Force, working across Sydney, Western NSW, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle. In addition to his policing background, Josh has hands-on experience in property investment, maintenance, and renovations. His practical knowledge and approachable nature make him a valuable asset in guiding clients through the sales process with confidence and care.
Together, Josh and Courtney have been active property investors and homeowners for over 20 years. They've personally bought, renovated, and transformed multiple "renovator’s delights" into beautiful homes and high-performing investments.
