I first worked with Courtney and Josh as a landlord. After self-managing my property for over 25 years, I was ready for a change. The move to JCS Real Estate was quick and seamless and I in no way regretted my move. Nothing was ever a problem, and communication second to none. I felt that my investment was in the best of hands as they know the property, landlord and tenant personally and were on hand at a moment’s notice if needed.
I then moved to sell my property and had no reservations in choosing them to do this for me. “After we finally decided a change of property manager was required. We sorted through other people's recommendations and finally we selected JCS Real Estate. From the first contact we found Courtney and Josh to be honest, thorough and excellent to deal with. Communication is second to none. Courtney’s help during the process of change over from our previous property management team was effortless for us as she handled the exercise with true professionalism.
To add to this, our tenants had decided to vacate at the same time. The properties were promptly marketed with new tenants installed after a thorough screening process, and the rents were brought up to a more than acceptable level. The added bonus is the handyman skills provided by Josh, which we have utilised a few times already. The result to date has been quality work and reasonable pricing.
